Google Ads Info & Updates
In the ever-evolving landscape of digital advertising, staying ahead of the curve is paramount. Google Ads Editor, the powerful tool that simplifies campaign management, has rolled out its latest version 2.7 in July2024, introducing a host of exciting features and bidding strategies. In this blog post, we'll explore the new functionalities, understand their implications, and delve into the deprecated features that bid farewell with this update.
You will be able to add assets to your asset groups using final URL and free-form prompts to generate headlines, long headlines, and descriptions with A.I.
Demand Gen campaigns now allow for video partners.
Now you will be able to set this new goal at the campaign-level for Search and Performance Max campaigns.
You can now set account-level content label exclusions from Editor.
You will find it in your Google Ads account > Tools > Content Suitability > Excluded sensitive content, Excluded types and labels, and Excluded content themes.
Editor now allows you to set account-level negative keywords, including excluded content keywords.
You will find it in your Google Ads account > Tools > Content Suitability > Excluded sensitive content, Excluded types and labels, and Excluded content themes.
Fixed CPM bidding strategy, formerly Reserve cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM), is now supported on Video campaigns.
Keywords that are automatically paused will show a status column with the reason why they were paused.
Now you can decide which types of data to export to CSV files.
For each Demand Gen Video ad you can now set your format preference (In-stream, In-feed, Shorts, or any combination of the three). Setting it as "no preference" means it can serve anywhere.
